Development of a decision support system considering sustainability for the selection of a thermal process-The case study of the brewery

Tóm tắt: The paper represents the development of a decision support system for the selection of a thermal process considering the process sustainability. On the basis of AHP technique and fuzzy logics, this systematic approach examines the performance of existing thermal process technologies and figures out the available technologies that are more effective and sustainable in term of energy savings, environmental soundness and economic efficiency. The case study for selecting wort boiling of brewing industry is carried out to the illustrate the implementation of this approach.
