Abstract: This article expresses initial reasearch on the deveplopment and application os the sustainable techniques and system (ZETS), namely Agro-based industrial zero emission system (AIZES) for enterprises in the fruit and vegetable industry under Vietnam conditions. Based on the energy calculation obtained mainly of experimental results of biogas conversion of agro-based industries solid waste (residues from fruit and vegetable processing), AIZES is assumed to a typical model in enterprise. Following the proposed AIZES, the research also establishes the system of applying and efficiency assessment criterious served for the dissemination AIZES into practice in Vietnam.
